If you want to cancel the booked date, please notify us by e-mail or phone!

If you are unable to show up at the salon at the reserved time for any reason, please let us know in time! Since the reorganization will take time, cancellation/change of date is possible free of charge 48 hours before the booked time (by e-mail or telephone) taking into account the opening hours.
